Der ideale Böschungsmulcher für Kleintraktoren, besonders geeignet zum Mähen und Mulchen von Böschungen (Arbeitsstellung bis 90° in die Vertikale möglich) oder Gräben (Neigungswinkel bis -60°), seitlich versetzt hinter dem Schlepper angebaut (durch die Hydraulik auch mittig zu fahren).
Die Maschine kann auch komplett über die Spur hinausgefahren werden. Neigungswinkel und seitlicher Versatz sind jeweils separat hydraulisch verstellbar.
Der Anbau erfolgt an den Heck-Drei-Punkt Kat.1 des Traktors mit einer Zapfwellendrehzahl von 540 U/min.
Weiterhin benötigen Sie zwei doppeltwirkende Hydraulikanschlüsse am Traktor, damit Sie Seitenverstellung und Schwenkung auch durchführen können.
Das Getriebe des Mulchers läuft im Ölbad und hat einen integrierten Freilauf.
Ausgestattet sind die Mulcher mit 400gramm Hammerschlegeln, die versetzt auf der Schlegelwelle verteilt sind.
Die gerade Schnittkante der Schlegel sorgen für einen sauberen Schnitt der Wiese. Weiterhin können auch kleinere Äste problemlos gemulcht werden.
Durch eine integrierte Gegenschneide im Mulchgehäuse wird das Mulchgut zerkleinert und über das Heck ausgeworfen.
Eine höhenverstellbare Nachlaufwalze am Heck des Mulchers und höhenverstellbare Gleitkufen sorgen für die Regulierung der Schnitthöhe.
Schlegelwelle und Nachlaufwalze laufen in schmierbaren Lagern, die von aussen leicht zugänglich sind.
Auch alle Schwenkarme und Schwenkbolzen sind mit Schmiernippeln versehen, so dass sich diese sehr leicht Abschmieren lassen.
An der Frontseite des Mulchers sorgen Pendelklappen dafür, dass keine Gegenstände wie Steine oder Mulchgut aus dem Mulchgehäuse austreten können.
Die Kraftübertragung von Getriebe zur Schlegelwelle wird durch einen 3- bzw. 4-fachen Keilriemenantrieb gewährleistet, je nach Arbeitsbreite.
Die Spannung der Keilriemen ist sehr einfach durch leicht zugängliche Spannschrauben zu regulieren.
Neu bei diesem Modell ist der automatische Keilriemenspanner.
Ein hydraulisches Steuerventil sorgt für den Anfahrschutz und somit für ein Ausweichen des Mulchers, falls Sie gegen einen Gegenstand fahren.
Desweiteren sorgt ein Regelventil an einer Steckkupplung für die Einst.der Ausfahrgeschwindigk.des Mulchkörpers.
Ein Sicherungsbolzen sorgt für die Arretierung des Mulchkörpers im waagerechten bzw. senkrechten Zustand.
Das Mulchgehäuse besteht aus 4mm starkem Stahl, die Aufhängung ist 6mm stark.
Die Ersatzteilversorgung sowie Service sind natürlich durch uns gewährleistet.
